Trust & Vetting

How We Choose & Verify Your Child's Tutor

Before an Astegni ever steps into your home, they must pass 4 strict verification gates with ETHIO 21 coordinators.

🏛️

1. Active Campus Student ID

The tutor must be an active 2nd year or above student from a nearby accredited university (AAU, ASTU, Hawassa, etc.). We verify physical student ID cards and campus enrollment.

📊

2. Official Grade Report (CGPA ≥ 3.00)

We audit portal grade transcripts. Only students maintaining a Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher and scoring Grade 'A' in the subjects they teach are accepted into our certified roster.

🆔

3. Government ID on File (Fayda / Kebele)

For absolute child safety and household peace of mind, every tutor is mandatorily required to submit their National Fayda ID or Kebele ID, which is archived in our secure registry.

🤝

4. 1-Day Free In-Home Trial Session

The tutor comes to your home and conducts a 1-day free trial lesson. You and your child evaluate their pedagogy and character. You only confirm the monthly agreement if 100% satisfied.

🏅
